Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating reception and transfer of labels from external suppliers and sisters’ companies.
  • Reception, verification and quality checks of incoming labels and boxes.
  • Checking labels and requesting licence updates.
  • Communicate with various clients regarding label changes and requirements.
  • Create all in house labels printing requests and managing the blank label inventory.
  • Create new labels, prepare text for labels.
  • Contact suppliers for different quotes (boxes, packages, labels, etc.).
  • Responsible of disposal forms and disposals of raw materials in collaboration with quality insurance team
  • Verify all labels against formulas and licenses/certificates.
  • Filling Electronic Green Forms for the creation of new products codes in SAP.
  • Preparing the BOMs (Bill of Materials) in SAP and EGF for production (information regarding size of the bottle, size of the scoop, insert, box, etc.).
  • Comparing and verifying BOMs.
  • In charge of different follow up and new launches with marketing departments for New Roots Herbal and our sisters’ companies.
  • Gathering water samples in our manufacturing process and have them test when required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to concentrate and be autonomous.
  • Able to work individually and in a team.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a similar role is an asset.

Education and Experience

  • College degree in Sciences.
  • We offer on-site training.

Work Schedule

  • Permanent and full-time position / 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (can vary slightly to accommodate).
